摘要

The article studies the directions of increasing the competitiveness of business in modern conditions due to reorientation to the potential of the able-bodied population from the category of people with limited mobility. The main approaches to understanding the concept of mobility are considered. The main theoretical and practical aspects of excising the problems of employment of the able-bodied population from the group of low mobility are highlighted. An econometric model has been developed on the basis of a correlation-regression model in order to determine the main factors affecting the number of able-bodied population in the category of low mobility, in particular the largest—disabled people and working pensioners. In the context of the resulting model, recommendations are given on ways to improve the integration of working persons from the low-mobility group into the labor market.
