Green Finance and Sustainable Development in India
摘要
Encouraging sustainable growth requires green finance. The sustainable development business approach, eco-friendly social projects, trade, policies, and various investments are enhanced by financial instruments and services. The newest trend in finance is called “green finance,” which encourages banks to use creative ideas and guard against environmental violations. Companies can coordinate with the social, environmental, and economic aspects of society through the Green Finance initiative. In today's world, sustainable development has emerged as a major issue that aims to satisfy present-day needs without sacrificing those of future generations. Green financing refers to the flow of finance from banks, insurance, and investment to the sustainable development priorities. The financial products and services take environmental issues into account at every stage of the loan decision-making process, including post-monitoring and risk management. The purpose of this study is to determine how green finance affects sustainable development in India. The current study also aimed to highlight India's green financial difficulties.
