摘要

The role of women in any nation’s economic development has grown significantly. Women work in a variety of areas and provide significant economic support in various ways. Many women own and operate profitable businesses, and some have exceptional entrepreneurial abilities. Many women own and operate profitable businesses, and some have exceptional entrepreneurial abilities. It is well known that women currently own and operate many prosperous global businesses. In the Sultanate of Oman, small and medium-sized enterprises started by women are doing quite well. In Oman, Female business owners have a positive effect on education and influence society. It is imperative to investigate the best ways to leverage women’s business acumen to build a sustainable economy. The goals of this study are divided into examining female entrepreneurs and studying the ecology, social structure, and sustainable economy, as they relate to green business promotion. For this study, a descriptive research methodology was employed, and the sample was drawn from a particular group that included women entrepreneurs engaged in green businesses. The major method of data collecting for this six-month research was a questionnaire. According to the survey, women entrepreneurs can able to play a major role in promoting sustainable practices in the social system, economy, and ecology, which will lead to sustainable development. Sustainable business practices, advocated for by female entrepreneurs, are essential to developing countries' economic growth and development.
