A Comprehensive Study of Water Recycling Technologies: Toward Water Reuse in the Czech Republic
摘要
The increasing challenge of water scarcity is one of the most pressing issues facing humanity today. While some European nations actively promote water reuse as a major strategy to mitigate this crisis, there are countries, such as the Czech Republic, lacking appropriate regulations in this regard. Hence, a collaborative project on long-term operation and extensive monitoring of various water recycling technologies was initiated. The primary objective was to demonstrate their reliability and safety and thus encourage the establishment of relevant legislation. This study examines five distinct technological approaches to water recycling, evaluating their associated health risks across diverse applications.
