Unitisation and Palletisation

Carelessness and poorly trained personnel are two of the main reasons for damage caused as a result of faulty palletisation and unitisation. The combination of packaging receptacles, pallet and stretch wrap does not automatically result in a so-called “palletised load.” Only if the handling of pallets can be rationalised using ground conveyors can we really speak of palletised goods. These are handled by a number of companies at a cheaper rate.
