Breast Cancer Risk Factors

In this chapter, the definition of oncological risk factor is given; then, the focus is on the main risk factors for developing breast cancer (BC), anatomical and hereditary. The term mammographic density is defined, highlighting its fundamental importance in the process of diagnosis of BC with mammography.
