Initial Engagement and Management Strategies for Dark Triad and Other Difficult and Challenging Personalities

A look at a range of initial engagement strategies that can be used for each of the personality types we have discussed so far before moving on to more specific techniques to help ongoing management of the CIM personality. A look at some established communication techniques and some specifically developed by the author to enhance confident communication with very challenging individuals who are often aiming to undermine and create a lack of confidence in those they interact with.
