As a conclusion we will look at some important golden rules to abide by and checklists to help develop greater awareness and confidence to identify a CIM earlier and manage them more effectively. Also to look at some common traps we can all fall into which make us susceptible to control, intimidation and manipulation in all aspects of our lives.
