摘要

In this section, I implement the main notion and concepts of the sustainable livelihood resources from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the International Labor Organization (ILO), which are also supported by Mayunga. The community sustainable livelihood resources are assessed and discussed in this chapter and Chap. 9 . An understanding of sustainable livelihood resources was introduced by the FAO and ILO. The livelihood assessment toolkit regarding analyzing and responding to the impact of disasters on the livelihood of people, Policy and Support Branch Communication Division, Geneva and Rome, 2009, in their Sustainable Livelihoods Framework (SLF). This SLF mentions pentagon resources (five resources): natural resource (natural capital), physical reproducible goods (physical capital), monetary resources (financial/economic capital), manpower with different skills (human capital), and social networks of various kinds (social capital).
