Knowledge Management and Web 3.0
摘要
It is commonly believed that information technologies (IT) play essential role in implementing knowledge management in organizations (Franco and Mariano, 2007; Revilla, Rodríguez-Prado & Prieto, 2009; Braccini and Federici, 2010; Choo and Neto, 2010). Web 3.0 technologies provide a more open approach for knowledge conversion. The latest web development, Web 3.0 is the executable web. Powered by the semantic web technologies, artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning are possible. Autonomous information exchange and interactions with Web 3.0 may further improve organizational knowledge management processes. The purpose of this study is to gain more understanding about the relationship between knowledge management processes and the use of Web 3.0 technologies. This study attempts to analyze the current literature on knowledge management and how Web 3.0 technologies can be applied as the facilitator.
