摘要

In the third millennium, production systems for goods and services are undergoing significant changes to increase efficiency and reduce production costs. These changes affect task performance and outsourcing conditions, resulting in a reduced labour force and rapid loss of skills. This requires workers to undergo almost permanent training or experience job discontinuity. Argentina is currently facing significant socio-economic challenges, such as high inflation, unemployment, poverty rates, and a decline in the education and public health systems. To analyse the well-being of workers in this context, it is necessary to investigate dissatisfaction indices and feelings of unhappiness. This chapter analyses the risk factors and wage levels of formal and informal workers in Argentina based on official statistics and academic reports. Additionally, it provides recommendations for organisations to promote workers’ well-being.
