Knee Trauma with “Normal” Radiographs
摘要
This chapter intends to give an overview of knee assessment after a traumatic injury with a normal radiographic presentation. The traumatic injury may be secondary to either direct impact or indirect mechanism, i.e., sprain. The aim is to provide a clinical diagnostic orientation with a therapeutic guidance. An “apparently” simple knee trauma may result in serious injuries to the ligaments and menisci, according to different isolated patterns and variable associated modes.
