Management of Elbow Trauma with “Normal” Radiographs

Painful elbow with normal radiographs after trauma is a rare presentation. The quality of the radiographs and the adequacy of the views are crucial for a good judgment and to rule out any subtle fractures (“hairline” or undisplaced radial head fracture, for example).
