Fractures of the Humeral Shaft
摘要
Humeral shaft fractures are rare in sports traumatology, except for skiing and hang-gliding. In opposition, they are common in road traffic accidents. Radial nerve palsy is a well-known complication of humeral shaft fractures, more frequent in fractures of the mid-shaft and fractures located at the junction of the mid 2/4 with the distal 1/4 of the shaft.
