摘要

This chapter focuses on patients who arrive to the ER for post-traumatic shoulder pain and or disability, but without any evident pathological conditions or abnormalities in the initial radiographic assessment. The most frequent diagnoses are: grade 1 or 2 acromioclavicular dislocation; undisplaced (occult) fracture of the greater tuberosity; anterior shoulder instability; rotator cuff tears; posterior instability; fracture of the lesser tuberosity; shoulder contusion.
