Fractures of the Clavicle
摘要
Fractures of the clavicle are very common traumatic injuries in sports practice as well as in road traffic and domestic accidents. They usually occur in young adults and are typically induced by a direct traumatic impact to the lateral aspect of the shoulder or to the clavicle itself. Fractures of the clavicle can be schematically categorized into three types based on their location: medial third, middle third, and lateral third.
