Minimally Invasive Direct Lateral Browplasty
摘要
The eyebrowsEyebrow have key anatomic relationships with the eyelids. Numerous procedures are available to elevate or stabilize the eyebrows. Most conventional approaches are more invasive, involving extensive skin resection at the hairline or scalp, endoscopic elevation, and temporal and coronal approaches. While these may be indicated for many patients, some patients with mild and lateral brow ptosis may benefit from direct, small incision options. This chapter details a minimally invasive, predictable, and durable technique that removes an ellipse of skin just above the distal third of the eyebrowEyebrow to elevate the eyebrow tail.
