Brow position and brow fullness are important considerations in oculofacial surgery. Brow ptosis can aggravate upper eyelid dermatochalasis. Additionally, fullness at the brow-eyelid junction may be a desirable aesthetic result. While some patients require brow liftingBrow lift (e.g. direct or post trichial incisions), others may benefit from the less invasive approach of an internal browpexyBrowpexy during upper blepharoplastyBlepharoplasty. In this chapter, the authors describe a browpexyBrowpexy procedure to stabilize the brow and add fullness to the lateral brow-eyelid region.
