Changes in Structure, Dispersity and Phase Behavior of Proteins: The Virus-Like Particles in the Presence of Nucleic Acids
摘要
The complex interplay of stabilizing effects of the encapsulated virus-like particles (VLPs) with nucleic acids and capsid-destabilizing effects, resulting from repulsive forces generated by the positive charges of the C-terminal of core proteins, as well as protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid interactions, modulating assembly and disassembly processes are investigated.
