摘要

This review examines the physicochemical treatments and advanced oxidation techniques (AOT) used for landfill leachate. The treatments studied include coagulation-flocculation, oxidation, adsorption, precipitation, and combined treatments. The advantages and limitations of each treatment are evaluated based on criteria such as pH, hydraulic retention time, organic loading rate, leachate characteristics, and treatment performance. Coagulation-flocculation processes using chemicals such as ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate have shown effective COD reduction, particularly for young leachates. Good management of chemicals and sludge is essential to maximize the benefits of this method. In conclusion, choosing the most appropriate treatment for leachate depends on its specific characteristics, technical applicability, potential constraints, regulatory requirements, cost-effectiveness, and long-term environmental impacts.
