Design and Development of College Aerobics Network Teaching System Based on “Internet+”

With the continuous development of Internet technology, the requirements for cultivating and enhancing students’ innovative ability are also increasing. This article uses aerobics teaching as a basis for in-depth research, constructing a college aerobics network teaching system, and effectively combines traditional aerobics teaching And diversified teaching modes, in the process of teaching interactive activities integrated inside and outside the aerobics class, realize the network modular teaching mode, and provide an applied teaching mode with a sense of the times. Based on the deepening development of online teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities as the research objective, this paper takes the research and development of online teaching system of aerobics in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object, and adopts research methods such as literature review, investigation, software development, and logical analysis. Based on the investigation, analysis, and research of the existing elite online physical education courses in ordinary universities in China, a large number of documents and books were consulted. According to the actual situation of aerobics teaching, Dreamweaver was used as a website production tool, PHP was used as a scripting language, MySQL was used as a back-end database, and B/S architecture was adopted. WEB services were implemented through Apache, combined with flash, Photoshop Fireworks and other software for the preparation of aerobics network teaching system. A relatively in-depth study was conducted from the design of teaching content, the design and implementation of functional modules, curriculum art design, database design, and other aspects.
