College Students’ Career Prediction Model Based on Association Rule Mining Algorithm

With the increasing employment pressure, college students’ self-career planning is becoming more and more important. The student data in university campus is characterized by many types, large scale, fast updating speed and low density value. College students’ career development behavior is just like data, and data mining technology can also be copied to college students’ career development behavior. Career planning emphasizes setting career direction and goal, choosing career path, determining education plan and development plan, and determining action time and action plan to achieve career goal. Through the data mining of college students’ career development behavior, this paper finds out which factors have important influence on college students’ choice in the process of career planning development, and then analyzes and identifies the direct and indirect factors that affect students’ choice, and obtains a lot of useful information on this basis, providing reference and decision support for the management of college students’ career development behavior.
