Construction of English Word Collocation Error Analysis System Based on Fuzzy Clustering Algorithm

Collocation is a central aspect of vocabulary learning. Collocation can broaden and deepen the understanding of vocabulary. In English learning, learners should pay attention to the characteristics of words in different contexts that are arranged and combined in different forms, their co-occurrence relationship and the fixed semantic relationship formed. This paper proposes an optimization design scheme of English word collocation error analysis system based on FCM (Fuzzy c-means) arithmetic. The English word collocation system is constructed by using classification analysis. The simulation results show that the arithmetic has a certain accuracy, which is 7.34% higher than the traditional arithmetic. Vocabulary plays an important role in language teaching and word collocation plays an important role in vocabulary teaching, which is the most difficult to master. Core vocabulary is the focus of English teaching. Students should not only master the basic usage of core vocabulary, but also master the collocation habits of these words. Effective teaching of vocabulary collocation can not only improve pupils’ English level, but also improve the quality of English teaching.
