Research on the Construction of Computer-Aided Dynamic Simulation Model of Labor Education Evaluation in Local Colleges and Universities

Labor education in local universities is one of the important activities for students on campus, and evaluating the quality and level of labor education in local universities is of great significance. However, traditional evaluation methods have problems such as incomplete evaluation items and non real-time evaluation results, which cannot comprehensively and accurately reflect the actual situation. Therefore, this article proposes a computer-aided dynamic simulation model construction method that utilizes the dynamic simulation technology of the model to evaluate labor education in local universities. In this article, we first reviewed and analyzed existing evaluation methods, and proposed improvement ideas for their existing problems. Secondly, we utilized the ideas of system dynamics to construct an evaluation model for labor education in local universities, and trained the model using multi-layer neural network algorithms. Finally, we used dynamic simulation technology to simulate and implement the model, and obtained dynamic results of labor education evaluation. The research results of this article indicate that the evaluation method for labor education in local universities based on computer-aided dynamic simulation models can effectively evaluate the quality and level of labor education. This method has the advantages of comprehensive evaluation items, real-time evaluation results, and visualization, which can help school managers better understand the operation of labor education and adjust and improve labor education plans in a timely manner. This is of great significance for improving the level of labor education in schools and creating an excellent learning environment.
