The foundation of the network teaching platform is mobile devices. Using this platform can make the teaching method break through the limitation of time and place, make the digital learning more extensive, meet the individual needs of learners as much as possible, and at the same time, make the teachers’ teaching method fundamentally change. The online teaching system of national music theory course based on mobile terminal is an extension of mobile learning, which adds mathematics-assisted learning to mobile learning and provides a platform for students, teachers and students to interact with each other.
