Establish Efficient Education Management Data Warehouse System

The information construction in the field of higher education continues to advance, and the value of business data such as teaching operation is required to be fully reflected. The study of curriculum evaluation based on education data analysis and the personalized management of undergraduate curriculum learning has theoretical significance and application value. At present, the management information system of many colleges and universities has been improved day by day, and all aspects of information has been recorded more and more comprehensively, such as some student achievement information, student status information, teachers’ teaching information, teaching plans and other detailed information. But 80% of the information is simply stored in the database, and the potential information hidden in the data is idle and cannot be fully utilized. If we can reasonably use these data and dig out useful but often overlooked important information, or find out some rules formed with the dynamic changes of various factors, it will undoubtedly be of great help to the management decision-making of colleges and universities. So we put forward the idea of applying data warehouse technology to college teaching management. From this point of view, this paper sets up a university teaching management data warehouse system, analyzes the data with the corresponding data mining algorithm, finds the rules hidden in these data, and thus achieves the purpose of assisting teaching decision analysis.
