Teaching Mode of “Online and Offline” Human Resource Management Based on Internet

The research on “online and offline” teaching mode based on the Internet is a research focusing on the relationship between online and offline learning. This study was conducted by many researchers from different countries such as South Korea, Japan and China. The main purpose of this study is to understand how students use online and offline modes to learn from teachers. There are two types of research: one is to investigate the effectiveness of online education by comparing online education with traditional education (i.e., classroom based teaching), while the other is to compare offline education with classroom based education. The research of human resource management teaching mode is to find the best teaching mode. This study will be conducted through investigation, interview and observation. The main purpose of this study is to determine the most effective teaching methods related to human resource management. The results of this study will serve as the basis for future research on human resource management.
