Oral Simulation Headmold Teaching System Based on Digital Virtual Simulation
摘要
Medicine is an empirical discipline, especially Stomatology, which has higher requirements for practical operation ability. The professional characteristics of Stomatology determine that experimental teaching and clinical practice teaching play an irreplaceable key role in the teaching practice of higher medical education. With the revision of the new medical curriculum standards and the deepening of medical teaching reform, new requirements are put forward for the innovation of educational ideas and learning methods of Stomatology. How to give better play to the role of “practical education” curriculum and make students smoothly change to the professional identity of “doctor” has always been a hot topic concerned by stomatologists. With the development of virtual technology, the diversified application of virtual simulation in teaching field is becoming more and more mature. The new experimental teaching mode based on virtual environment is also widely used in the field of stomatological experimental education. However, the scope of medical practical skill operation training in the existing virtual environment is limited to some oral diseases represented by dental hard tissue diseases, while others such as soft tissue diseases, tooth extraction and periodontal apical surgery, Because it is difficult to simulate effectively, students can not be fully trained. Therefore, how to simulate the situation of oral soft tissue disease is the focus and difficulty of oral experimental teaching. To investigate the full utilization and effect of the technical platform of oral clinical simulation system and simulation head model teaching system in oral experimental teaching. Methods in the experimental teaching of students majoring in stomatology in the same session, the technical platform of oral clinical simulation system and simulation headform teaching system were fully used, and the students were investigated by questionnaire and operation examination. Results making full use of the simulation head model teaching system can significantly improve the quality of oral experiment teaching. Conclusion the simulated head model teaching system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of oral experiment teaching and an essential means for oral medical students to carry out preclinical skill training.
