Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Algorithm and Recommendation System for College Students’ Employment

With the continuous development of our society, the requirements for talents are more and more higher, so the employment situation of college students has become more severe. College students’ life is in the learning stage, only the final internship stage, can the initial contact with social units, so, for the employment units is not enough understanding of the employment units, therefore, it is difficult to have effective contact with the demand situation of employers. Most college students are through the talent market and recruitment platform, throwing resumes for self-introduction, not clear about the needs of employers, also do not know their own demand direction, too blind to apply, which brings a certain energy loss to enterprises and individuals. Therefore, it is imperative to innovate the method of filtering and calculation method and recommendation system research to solve the problem of the employment direction of college students.
