Research on “Online and Offline” Translation Teaching Mode Based on Internet

In the past, translation was considered a very tedious and time-consuming task. However, with the progress of technology, translation has become more efficient and time-saving. Translation can now be done through various media, such as written text, audio or video files. The use of computers in translation enables people who are not proficient in two languages to translate documents from one language to another (Kozma & Yildirim, 2018). Translation can also be completed through online platforms such as Google Translate or Bing Translator. The development of information technology has promoted the reform of teaching methods, and the mixed teaching combining the conventional offline teaching and online online teaching has become the development trend of higher education. However, the “representation problem” of the current mixed teaching practice is increasingly prominent, especially the lack of coherence in the design of online and offline tasks, which is easy to lead to poor effect of in-depth learning. This study is about “online and offline” translation teaching mode. This study focuses on different online and offline translation teaching. The purpose is to explore the best way to use the Internet and offline English teaching. Online translation is a method that can be used to teach students how to translate text in real time at work. This kind of teaching is often called “live translation”. On the contrary, offline learning is a way for students to read the translation to better understand it. Over the years, this learning method has been widely used in traditional education systems (such as memory).
