A Comparative Study on Piano Robot Playing Classical Piano and Jazz Style Piano

摘要

Comparative study of piano robot playing classical and jazz piano. The main goal of this project is to compare the results of a new music learning method based on an artificial intelligence system that can learn from examples. The AI system was developed in cooperation with the University of Pisa (Italy), and successfully tested in the laboratory environment, playing jazz in the laboratory. This paper introduces the experimental results obtained in these tests and compares them with the results obtained by other research groups using more traditional methods to study similar problems., On the basis of in-depth research on the working principle, research status and development trend of humanoid robot equipment at home and abroad, a pneumatic piano manipulator is designed. This manipulator uses the ingenious mechanical structure and the effective cooperation of the pneumatic system, with the control of the software system, to achieve the purpose of playing the piano. Through the study of the piano humanoid manipulator, a multi-degree of freedom, humanoid piano humanoid manipulator is designed. The innovative design of embedded spring is adopted for the joint of the finger, and a humanoid manipulator for playing piano is designed, which is composed of air cylinder, reversing valve, pressure reducing valve, etc. Using ANSYS finite element analysis, the static analysis of the key components of the humanoid manipulator was completed through data sharing between CATIA and ANSYS, and the optimization design was carried out. ADAMS dynamic simulation is applied to simulate the real motion by adding a motion pair, and its motion and velocity curves are obtained, which verifies that the designed structure meets the design requirements. Our results show that our method can be used as an alternative to other methods currently available, because it produces very good performance.
