Research on the Design of College Student Education Management System in the Era of Big Data

Based on the Big data era, combined with the current situation and needs of college students’ education management, this paper designs and researches a college students’ education management system based on Big data analysis. The system is mainly divided into modules such as student management, teaching management, resource management, statistical analysis, etc. In the system design process, technologies such as data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc. are mainly used. By continuously adjusting system parameters and optimizing algorithms, the goal of quickly and accurately extracting information from massive data and evaluating student performance is achieved. After design and implementation, the application effect of this system is significant. The analysis of Big data not only makes the management of the teaching system more scientific and effective, but also greatly improves the teaching quality and students’ learning achievements. Based on the learning plan and feedback mechanism in the system, students’ learning motivation has been greatly improved, targeted solutions have been provided to students’ learning problems, while also reducing teachers’ teaching pressure, enabling interactive learning to be achieved. In the system, it is also possible to analyze students’ learning situation, identify their problems and difficulties, and recommend targeted learning resources, providing convenience and effectiveness for learning. The system can also quantitatively evaluate students’ performance and provide suggestions for deficiencies in the teaching process, providing precise teaching management and service support for universities.The design and implementation of college students’ education management system based on Big data analysis has important practical application value for promoting the improvement of quality and effect, optimizing the teaching system and training objectives.
