摘要

In the past decade, voluntary service has mushroomed vigorously. With the promotion of voluntary service and the progress of the Internet, massive voluntary service data have been generated in voluntary activities. How to process and utilize volunteer service data, guide the behavior of volunteer users, and provide valuable reference for participants in volunteer services has become an urgent issue to be resolved. The purpose of the college student volunteer service platform is to strengthen communication between volunteers and service objects to ensure the accuracy of volunteer service. To achieve this goal, collaborative filtering algorithms should be added to the design of the service platform to analyze actual needs. Based on this idea, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering algorithm and designs a volunteer service platform. The volunteer service platform can better solve the three core issues of today's volunteer industry: chaotic activity information, low volunteer service platform efficiency management, and improper activity matching. Compared with existing service platforms, the volunteer service platform designed in this article greatly reduces the time for users to search and find, helps users better participate in volunteer activities, and has certain practical value.
