Research on Quality Evaluation of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on Ant Colony Algorithm

With the increasing importance education, how to comprehensively and deeply and entrepreneurship abilities and practical effects of college students has become a research hotspot. This study establishes a quality evaluation model for innova students based on ant colony algorithm. Through the multidimensional data, indicators such as participation, innovative thinking, practical ability, and achievement quality were selected as inputs to the model. Using ant colony algorithm for model optimization and parameter adjustment, the final quality evaluation results activities for college students were obtained. The working principle of ant colony algorithm is to compare students’ test scores with those of other students who participate in the same test at the same time and place. Then, it uses these results to calculate the percentage ranking (scores equal to or less than 50% of all other scores). Ant colony algorithm (ACO) is widely used to solve optimization problems. The main characteristic of ant colony algorithm is its ability to solve complex problems, handle large datasets, and is easy to implement. It also has the following advantages: it can automatically classify objects, automatically calculate fitness function, and provide a comprehensive and high-quality fitness function. The experimental results indicate that the evaluation model has high accuracy and precision. Among them, indicators such as participation, innovative thinking, and practical ability contribute the most to the evaluation results, and the importance of participation is the most prominent. At the same time, we also found that small adjustments have a significant impact on the evaluation results by analyzing different parameter settings. In practical education, we can make precise adjustments and management of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities based on the evaluation results. In the future, it is necessary to further improve the methods and models for evaluating the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and improve the accuracy and practicality of the evaluation.
