Development and Analysis of the Quality Management Information System of University Teaching

Higher education is the main body and foundation of higher education. Paying attention to undergraduate teaching is the key to improve the quality of higher education. In the 21st century, the teaching quality of colleges and universities has increasingly attracted the attention of all sectors of society. The development and analysis of quality management information system is a project aimed at developing comprehensive quality management system for university teaching. The main purpose of the project is to improve the quality of teaching, research and learning at all levels in colleges and universities. In order to achieve these goals, we need to establish a single platform for all processes related to teaching, learning and research in the university, so that we can share information about our activities with other stakeholders. Based on the analysis of the teaching quality management system of colleges and universities, this paper improves the teaching management information system of ordinary colleges and universities, and divides the whole teaching quality management information system into four subsystems: the overall planning of teaching management, teaching resource management, teaching process management, and teaching quality analysis and improvement management, aiming at realizing the process management of the quality management system of colleges and universities, Improve the level of teaching quality management in colleges and universities from multiple perspectives. In terms of system planning and design, fully consider the characteristics and organizational structure of university information flow, take users as the basic starting point, take the overall planning of school teaching quality management as the basis, face the work flow, and fully consider the system compatibility, scalability and information sharing of the overall structure of the system combining B/S and C/S. In terms of system development, by selecting appropriate development tools and effective management of the project, the close combination of developers and users is ensured, and the system development efficiency is improved.
