This research aims to explore various best practices on how architectural firms contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) from their official website and sustainability report. The architectural firms list is taken from “WA100 2022: The Big List.”. This list is Building Design’s annual survey of the world’s largest practices ranked by the number of fee-earning architects they employ and published in a leading digital first-source news platform for global architectural practices. This research will use the qualitative method, and the strategy chosen is online content analysis. In the architectural services industry, although there is already a close link between this industry and the SDGs through several types of green building certification, not all firms provide standardized green building design services. Moreover, not all firms’s operations concern the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. On the contrary, there are firms that contribute to SDG through their offerings and their operations. They offer international-certified green building design and integrate ESG principles into their daily operations. By learning how they do it, it is hoped that it can provide an overview and motivate other firms that have not yet implemented it so that the SDGs can be achieved more quickly. Furthermore, contributing to the SDGs will not only have positive environmental and social impacts but also benefit the firm’s governance. For example, a sustainability report is useful for scale-up and internationalization strategy. The results of this study show that of the 17 SDGs, firms can contribute significantly to 9 goals, 6 of which are related to green building, while the other 3 are related to human resource management. Furthermore, more than 90% of the big names offer green building and sustainable design services.
