The greatest challenge in science is a paradox. The greatest satisfaction is in resolving it. A perusal of the contents of this book may mislead the reader to think that it is about a specific material for biological manipulation using electromagnetic radiation, specifically radiofrequency and microwave radiation. Although that view contains some truth, the intent here is to be much more expansive.
