摘要

RASopathiesRASopathies, which are caused by germline mutations in genes of the Ras/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPKMitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)) pathway, are complex group of syndromesSyndrome that may affect the skin, heart, nervous system, and skeletal system. Although RASopathy syndromes may be phenotypically similar in some ways, there are distinct dermatologic features that aid in distinguishing them from one another. In this chapter, we highlight the characteristic skin and hair manifestations and management of neurofibromatosis 1, cardio-facio-cutaneous syndrome, Noonan syndrome, Noonan syndrome with Multiple Lentigines, capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation syndrome, and Costello syndrome.
