Identifying Critical Success Factors (CSF) for Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (CSCRM): A Qualitative Study Using Agency Theory

This research paper shall analyze the relationship of Cybers Supply Chain Risk Management (CSCRM) between Principals and their Agents via Agency Theory, and the critical success factors perceived in maintaining a CSCRM process. The goal is to outline the complex constraints of maintaining CSCRM structure, and assess organizations, whether acting as the Principal or Agent, comprehensive relationship when balancing the risk factors & governance throughout the Principal/Agent relationship and the implications of regulatory requirements associated with CSCRM.
