Detection of Bacterial Toxins

Different types of toxins are produced by pathogenic bacteria, fungi, these toxins are exotoxin, endotoxin, and aflatoxin, which had posed severe fatal and infections to humans and animals, the sources spread these toxins either through natural contamination or intentionally by terrorists. However, due to divesting effect on the economy, thus selection of appropriate rapid detection methods will contribute positively to diagnosis, and prognosis and provide emergent reports. Toxins also have been used as a pharmaceutical application in the treatment of involuntary muscle disorders and cosmetic benefits.
