Pattern Recognition of Pupillary Reflex Dynamics to Isoluminescent RGB Chromatic Stimuli
摘要
In this work, the design, development and implementation of an experimental arrangement for the objective evaluation of pupillary reflex dynamics to chromatic RGB isoluminescent stimuli were carried out. The system were designed to operate in a controlled environment under scotopic conditions, surrounded by magnetic shielding. This environment allowed obtaining video-recordings of the pupillary response to RGB colors under the same luminance. Pattern recognition and processing of the pupil-frames was performed by means of artificial vision techniques. As a sample of the performance of the instrumentation developed, the graph of pupillary activity in front of a blue color for a subject is shown. As a prerequisite, a research protocol for this project was submitted and approved, since the work involved human experimentation. This research was registered under ethics committee number 007.2023.
