Artziyut: No Country Other and the Double-Edged Banalization of Israeli National Habitus in Israeli Historiography
摘要
This chapter discusses the trends in contemporary Israeli historiography and society, namely post-modern and post-Zionist stands (the case of Israel “new historians”), and how these ideological responses generated shifts in Israeli historiography, applied to the study of the 1948 War of Independence and the Shoah.
