Switched Inductor, Switched Capacitor and Diode-Assisted Z-Source and Quasi Z-Source Three-Phase Inverter

摘要

Switched inductor, switched capacitor and diode-assisted Z-source and quasi Z-source inverters are another classification of inverters which have higher boost factor and voltage gain compared to the conventional Z-source (ZS) and quasi Z-source (QZS) inverter topologies. Models for switched inductor Z-source inverter (SL-ZSI), switched inductor quasi Z-source inverter (SL-QZSI), active switched capacitor quasi Z-source inverter (ASC-QZSI), diode-assisted extended boost quasi Z-source three phase inverter (DAEB-QZSI) using simple boost control (SBC) and third harmonic injection maximum constant boost control (THIMCBC) are presented in this chapter. Case studies are presented for space vector modulation (SVM) of a three-phase SL-QZSI, ASC-QZSI, DAEB-QZSI and SL-ZSI.
