Polydemic-Wise Resilient and Regenerative Communities: Enhancing Health and Human Security During Pandemics

Highly infectious, lethal pandemic agents like SARS-CoV-2 have a profound negative impact on communities and societies. In contrast, unity of effort within and between polydemic-wise communities (i.e., networked resilient and regenerative communities operating in concert on distributed collectively intelligent grids) can have a positive impact in reducing the spread and influence of highly infectious pathogens, both biologically and cybernetically, if designed and organized to be pandemic-prepared and bio-cybersecure at hyper-local, local, and bioregional levels. If configured and networked with collective intelligence, polydemic-wise communities may reduce risk and maintain a healthier status quo when compared with hierarchical command and control systems managing and governing pandemics and biosecurity events.
