Cervical Cerclage and Tubal Ligation
摘要
Cerclage may be indicated in patients with pregnancy loss due to painless cervical dilation before 24 weeks gestation and if the cervical length is <25 mm by ultrasound before 24 weeks gestation with a history of preterm birth. Cerclage requires a neuraxial block to levels T8–T10. Tubal ligation requires a neuraxial block at T6–T8 and the consent form must be available and signed at least 30 days beforehand.
