摘要

Grinding, including cylindrical grinding, is a highly energy-intensive process that causes thermal deformations of the technological system that can lead to a decrease in machining accuracy. The magnitude of errors in the dimensions and form of the ground workpieces is largely determined by the error in the position of the spindle with the grinding wheel mounted on it. The mathematical dependences and an algorithm for determining the temperature on the surfaces of the grinding headstock of a cylindrical grinding machine, which allows for determining the heating and cooling heat flows acting on the grinding wheel spindle, are developed. According to the proposed mathematical model and algorithm, a software is devised. The obtained results are recommended for use as a basis for creating a thermal model and dynamic thermal analysis of the grinding headstock in the PTC Creo Simulate software to determine the displacement of the grinding headstock spindle axis under the influence of heat flows in it.
