Toward a Victimology of Environmental Crime Victims
摘要
In this chapter, we build on the results of the three previous analysis chapters by exploring the broader universe of victimization within federal environmental crime prosecutions and develop a victimology of environmental crime victims. We begin by creating a typology of environmental crime victims that builds from and dovetails with the previous chapters. We then describe the larger themes that emerge from identifying the primary categories of crimes in these prosecutions.
