Employees as Victims
摘要
The goal of this chapter is to explore the role of employees as victims of environmental crime in the United States. Employees are the largest single group of victims under consideration in our analysis in the manuscript. Out of 117 total prosecutions, 51 prosecutions or about 44% of overall prosecutions involve employees as environmental crime victims.
