摘要

This chapter deals with the potential for energy saving and improvement of the energy efficiency (ES and IEE), methods for its assessment, and the economic efficiency of measures to realize it. ES and IEE measures are classified. A methodology is proposed for assessing the impact of technological and organizational factors on energy production indicators, which allows their justified inclusion in the reserve for saving energy resources.
