Some Measures of Noncompactness and Their Applications

This is the extended abstract of the author’s talk in the Analysis and Applied Mathematics Weekly Online Seminar on important results on measures of noncompactness, and some recent applications on the characterisations of compact operators between certain BK spaces, and in fixed point theorems.
